For an international energy event in Shenzhen, I provided Chinese–French interpreting and on-site support for Francophone participants during a trade fair, company visits and business meetings. The assignment also included a closed-door meeting added to the programme.

During an assignment, I handle day-to-day issues within my scope of work. When something requires the client's decision, I explain the situation and, where possible, suggest practical options.
At the end, I review what's been completed and what, if anything, still needs following up.

I moved to France at 19 and spent ten years studying and working there. I now live in Hong Kong and take on projects in Shenzhen and other cities as needed.
I studied social anthropology, Asian studies and language-related subjects in France, and have worked in user research, French language teaching and translation. Research taught me to work with sources, interviews and field observations. In business projects, I'm interested in how that understanding can lead to better decisions and practical action.
Today, my work brings together business communication, local research and project coordination between China and Europe.
