Ten years of study and work in France; now based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
I provide language and coordination support for business meetings, market research, trade shows and on-site projects between China and Europe — starting from a specific task and seeing it through to completion.
When a project requires a better understanding of a market, its users or the local context, I can support field visits, user or industry interviews, local information gathering, participant recruitment and multilingual fieldwork.
For trade shows, business visits, delegations and other projects that require local execution, I help coordinate people, schedules, communication and the operational changes that inevitably arise on the ground.
Chinese, French and English are my working languages. I support business meetings, site visits and cross-border projects through interpretation and multilingual communication, helping different parties understand each other's intent and information accurately.
Where technical, legal or financial judgment is required, those decisions remain with the relevant client or specialist. My role is to keep communication between the parties clear and connected.

View Case →Before I start, I like to be clear about what needs to be achieved, what I'm responsible for, and what needs to be delivered. Once that's clear, I try to move the work forward independently.
On site, I deal with the day-to-day issues I can handle myself. If something affects the budget, involves a significant change or specialist judgment, or requires a decision from the client, I flag it early and, where possible, bring back the available options.
Before wrapping up, I make sure the outcome is clear, along with anything still outstanding and any follow-up that is needed.

I moved to France at 19 and spent ten years there studying and working. I now live in Hong Kong, work regularly in Shenzhen, and travel to Europe and other cities when a project requires me on site.
Over the past few years, my work has grown from social science research into user research, teaching, translation and multilingual projects, as well as business meetings, trade shows, company visits and delegation programmes. My research training taught me to begin with evidence, interviews and observation on the ground. Much of my work today sits at the intersection of these areas: research, communication across languages, and the practical coordination needed to keep things moving.
I usually start with a specific assignment. If new needs come up as the project develops, we can decide from there whether it makes sense for me to take on more.
